Return & Order Policy

1. Quality & Customer Satisfaction

At Al-Nafees Collection, our first priority is to provide you with premium quality products and excellent service. We always aim to keep you satisfied.

2. Order Guidelines (Before You Place an Order)

Please check carefully before placing an order:

  • Size

  • Color

  • Design

  • Product Description

⚠️ Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled.

3. Claim / Return Process

To claim a return or exchange, please share a short video of the product showing its condition.

  • Once received, your claim will be processed quickly for a smooth return/exchange.

4. Address Policy

Customers are kindly requested to provide a complete address, including:

  • House Number

  • Street Number

  • Block / Phase

  • Nearest Landmark

  • City & Province

⚠️ If the address is incomplete, the order will be canceled immediately.

5. Order Change / Cancellation Window

  • Orders can be changed or canceled within 2 hours of placing.

  • After 2 hours, no change or cancellation will be accepted.

  • After this, the order must be received no matter the price.

6. Damaged / Faulty Products

If the product is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Wrong size (due to our mistake)

➡️ Al-Nafees Collection will take full responsibility and replace the product.

7. Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange if:

  • The product is in original condition, unused, and with all original tags.

  • The product is not washed, used, or damaged.

  • Exchange requests are made within 3 days of receiving the order.

📌 For customer-requested exchanges (e.g. size/color change), Rs. 250 delivery charges will apply.

8. Sale Items Policy

  • Products purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange or refund.

  • Please check size, color, design & details carefully before ordering.

9. Make-to-Order / Customized Products

  • Custom orders (special size, design, color) are available.

  • These products require 2–3 weeks for preparation & delivery.
