Exchange Policy

1. Important Notice:
For exchange, your parcel must be requested within 3 days after receiving the previous parcel.

2. Eligibility:

• The parcel must be purchased directly from Al-Nafees Collection (not through any third party or reseller).

• The product must be in perfect condition with all original tags, packaging, and details intact.

• Customer Size Customized Jewelry is not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.

3. Shipping Cost:

• If the issue is caused by Al-Nafees Collection (such as wrong size, design, or color), the shipping cost will be covered by us.

• If the issue is caused by the customer (such as ordering the wrong size, color, or design), the customer will pay Rs. 250 shipping charges for exchange.
